MOULD TESTING
Having equipments with a maximum capicity of 1600 Tons, Nova Plasteste conducts the first trials of the new mould in the following way:
- Through an integrated test procedure, the functioning of the mould is evaluated, including the injection system and the extraction system, among others;
- With proper injection parameters, the quality of the samples is evaluated;
- During the trial a test report is made to identify issues that need to be corrected for the next trial.
PLASTIC PARTS PRODUCTIONS
In addition to performing mould tests, Nova Plasteste also makes production of plastic parts, with a maximum capacity of 1600 Tons, including:
- Robotized productions, with the ability to create a robot's hand;
- Bi-material productions;
- Gas injection productions, with nitrogen generator;
- Textile injection productions.
